Return and Refund Policy

Window

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. After that we cannot process it.

Condition of the garment

The piece must come back unworn, unwashed and free of odors (smoke, fragrance, deodorant) and with its tag attached. If it arrives worn or without the tag, we return it to your address and no refund is issued.

How to request one

1. Email jbronwstudio@gmail.com with your order number and the reason.
2. We reply with the authorization and the return address. Do not ship anything before you receive it — unauthorized packages are not processed.
3. Send the piece within 7 days of the authorization.

Who pays return shipping

Return shipping is on you, unless the mistake was ours — wrong piece, a size other than the one ordered, or a manufacturing defect — in which case we cover it. Original shipping is not refunded.

Refund

Once we receive and inspect the piece we email you. If approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. How soon it shows on your statement depends on your bank.

Exchanges

We work in short runs: once a size sells out, it does not come back. For that reason we cannot guarantee exchanges. The fastest, safest route is to return the piece for a refund and buy the size you want while stock lasts.

What cannot be returned

• Customized or made-to-order printed pieces, since they are made specifically for you.
• Items marked final sale on the product page.
• Gift cards.

Defects

Check your order when it arrives. If there is a manufacturing defect, write to us within 48 hours with photos and we resolve it with a replacement or a full refund, shipping included.

Statutory rights

This policy does not limit any rights granted to you by law.
