Shipping Policy

Order preparation

Every piece is inspected and packed by hand at our workshop in Miami, Florida. Orders are prepared in 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday start counting the next business day.

During a collection drop, preparation can take up to 5 business days. When that happens we say so on the product page before you buy, not after.

Delivery times are counted after preparation and are carrier estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking

When your order ships you get an email with the tracking number. If after 48 hours tracking shows no movement, write to us: it is almost always a carrier scan delay, but we will look into it with you.

Wrong address

Check your address before you pay. If a package comes back because the address was incomplete or wrong, reshipping carries an additional shipping cost. If you write to us before the order leaves the workshop, we correct the address at no charge.

Lost or damaged packages

If tracking says "delivered" and you cannot find the package, check with neighbors and your building office, and wait 24 hours — it often turns up. If it does not, write to us within 7 days of the delivery date and we open a claim with the carrier.

If it arrives damaged, send us photos of the package and the garment within 48 hours of receiving it.

International shipping

For now we ship within the United States only. We are working on opening international shipping.
